You are guaranteed to receive the finished digitally edited photo/video within 15-72 working hours (depending on which option you select). Please note that the video will be sent to the email address provided during the order process. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received the video within the specified timeframe. Refunds: Due to the digital service's nature, no refunds are offered unless requested by email before receiving your product. Should you be dissatisfied, one revision will be offered, as it's my intention, given the sensitivity of the service, that you have a keepsake memory product you're happy with.
Suppose you or another person on your behalf opens/commences any PayPal dispute, credit card processor dispute, or other similar dispute about the payment of the Fee. In that case, you agree to close or withdraw such dispute within 24 hours of us providing you, Paypal or any other relevant provider (“Payment Provider”) with evidence that we have sent you the Product.
