FREE SESSION Spirit Connection Drawing Meditation - 40 minutes space You are warmly invited to a complimentary session exploring your energetic drawing in a meditative, awakened state. I hold these sessions now more regularly and held the last Wednesday of the month, sometimes one a day, sometimes two. 12pm (UK), (7am EST) Activity ------------ Everyone listens to my spoken affirmation and meditation to support the moving of the mind-state into surrender (e.g. relaxed mind, open heart, and willingness to draw) and during the 40 mins draw or paint whatever your senses move you to draw. Purpose ------------ A great starting pathway to drawing in stillness, or for preparation in 'trance altered state art'. Later in the year if enrolling on my Trance art course you should be able to move in to a relaxed state. However, if you simply wanted to try your hand at art with no structure, just following the inner spirit navigation, this is perfect for you. What to Bring ------------ Please bring any kind of drawing paper (even printer paper is fine especially if it's your first time with us). Bring any brand of colours to paint or colour your art, from paints to whatever you have at hand, coloured pencils, pens, or markers. At the end everyone showcases what they were moved to draw. What if You're a Beginner (a non-artist)? ------------ We welcome 'matchstick people artists', doodlers or just those that have never been to an art class! We all have to start somewhere and this class space allows you to draw or doodle with no judgement. As you express yourself through the music's energy, you will journey into your inner peace while I guide you through a live meditative meditation. Everyone will draw at their own pace, inspired by Spirit. Enjoy the freedom to explore the energetic frequency of music, words, and colour. You can (instead) sit in the space without drawing and just meditate. Please note: You don't need any prior drawing experience, just an openness to draw online with others. This session is not about artistic skill; it’s about presence and process. At the end, you’ll be welcome (but never expected) to show what you’ve drawn, each piece a personal reflection of your inner stillness. Time to Join --------- Please aim to sign in at least 10 minutes before the start time. The Zoom room will be locked promptly as we begin to ensure a still, undisturbed flow. Let’s draw in stillness, together. I look forward to holding this sacred space with you.

The Portrait of Spirit: Booking, and Cancellation Policies Booking Policy Availability: All courses, workshops, and mentorship sessions are available for booking on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings can be made via my website at any time or sending an email to spiritualstars@gmail.com if you have any prior questions. Booking Confirmation: Upon successful booking, students will receive a confirmation and zoom links email at least 5 days prior. Please ensure that the contact details provided are accurate to receive all communications. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking or where allocated deposits may be paid for any courses, workshops where indicated. Payments can be made through my secure online payment system. Prerequisites: Some courses or workshops may have prerequisites. These will be clearly stated in the course description. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they meet any prerequisites before booking. Cancellation Policy Cancellation by Student: Students may cancel their booking and receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee up to 30 days prior to the start of the event. Less than 30 days before the start date: No refunds will be issued. Cancellations must be made in writing to spiritualstars@gmail.com. Some services will not provide a refund beyond 48 hours of payment made. Cancellation by The Portrait of Spirit: If a course, workshop, or mentorship session is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be notified as soon as possible. Students will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer their booking to another available session of their choice. General Policies Changes to Policies: The Portrait of Spirit reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website and email notifications. Code of Conduct: All students are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during courses, workshops, and mentorship sessions. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session without a refund. Liability: The Portrait of Spirit is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that occurs during any course, workshop, or mentorship session. By booking a course, workshop, or mentorship session with The Portrait of Spirit, you agree to comply with the above policies.
